This is a known issue that a lot of other users have been noticing, as well. It brings fast and efficient codecs to After Effects’ Render Queue and a new Format choice in Premiere Pro and Media Encoders Export window. This stuff happened to me before but somehow it resolved itself. Media Encoder opens but no composition shows on the screen. You force me to use Media Encoder and thus your sketchy Dynamic Linking and the results continue to piss me off when they fail to just work. Ok, I found your answer over on the After Effects forums. AfterCodecs is a new native plugin for the whole Adobe CC Video suite, working on both MacOS and Windows. After the update to the 2022 version, when sending an AE composition to render in Media Encoder, nothing happens. After Effects CS6: 2:30 After Effects CC 2014: 6:22 Media Encoder CC 2014: After Effects CC. Who cares about new features if these programs continue to fail on the most basic level- RENDERING! I would love to get moire out of AE by just having it work…Ĭome on Adobe, why does this continue? Why do you waste everyone’s time by making us re-render things after having to restart your damn programs just to get a video rendered correctly?Īnd as I have said so many times, if I could just export a proper H264 directly from AE I would not run into this problem in the first place… I seriously don’t give a damn about all these new features: Media Encoder is not picking up render export from After Effects. I just rendered out a video from After Effects through Media Encoder and it has again not rendered recent changes!! And yes, I did a save before the export… With all the recent updates to Premiere and the rest of the Adobe suite I am happy to report that Adobe still has not addressed this particular issue: Additionally, if you work in robust programs such as Premiere Pro and After Effects, the Adobe Media Encoder is built directly into the programs.
